Creating innovative products that protect our planet
The OmniFuturists study the impact of near term future events and plan how to effectively counter the downsides. We started with a simple idea: to create sustainable and environmentally friendly products that make a positive impact on our planet. Since then, we have grown into a team of experts in environmental product design, dedicated to creating innovative solutions that benefit both our clients and our planet.
We believe that sustainable and eco-friendly products should not come at the expense of quality or functionality. That's why at OmniFuturists, we are committed to creating products that are not only good for the environment, but also meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
We work with a variety of partners, from suppliers to manufacturers to retailers, who share our commitment to sustainability. By working together, we can create a more sustainable and environmentally friendly supply chain.
The OmniFuturists have studied a near term future event - the Economic Singularity - and have collected an array of possible approaches to minimize the impact. As AI and robotics displace workers, we need to plan for humanity's wellbeing.
Cognitive automation - artificial intelligence plus robotics - is swiftly advancing. Once this tech is more cost effective than human labor, there will be many that are permanently technologically unemployed.

The Economic Singularity may result in innumerable homeless that have lost their jobs due to cognitive automation. Providing appropriate shelter to these people is a focus for the OmniFuturists.

These shelters are typically made from petrochemical plastics that never decompose. They become landfill forever.

The OmniFuturists are proposing a way to house the homeless in shelters that are made of plant derived bicomposites and biochar. Biochar is a permanent carbon sink - low cost and proven effective for locking up carbon for centuries.
Avoid petrochemicals. Instead use natural plant materials to build microhomes. Sequester carbon for centuries.
